You know who doesn’t care about sleep as much as I do?

My children. 😭

Helping them get the rest they (and I!) need has been an ongoing struggle.

I made these “stay in bed” cards to help motivate them.

Similar to my chore cards, they get to pick a prize when they fill their cards.

Me neither.

But I have figured out what motivates my kids.

These chore cards are little magical motivators.

My kids do their chores - they get a hole punch - they fill their cards, they get to pick a prize from our prize box.

Pick a motivator that works for your family, but the tangible, visual reminder of doing their chores has been so helpful for us. 🙌

I’ve been on a personal health journey this year.
