We join the many voices praying to the Sacred Heart of Jesus this week ♥️

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus: You know the longings of our hearts, and You desire that we enjoy friendship with You.

From Your pierced side, You have poured out the wellspring of life, for which we thirst.

Your heart burns with a love for all people to return to a right relationship with You.

May our hearts be united to Yours, so that our families and communities enjoy peace and happiness; may broken relationships be reconciled, injustices repaired, and the wounds of our land be healed.

May Your holy Catholic Church serve as a sign, pointing all people to Your infinite love. Amen.

What will you do today to help someone? It doesn’t take much, just a little time.

Time is one of the most precious gifts we can give to another person. It is also one of the things we most easily hold onto for ourselves. Yet time is a most appreciated gift anyone can receive, especially when they are struggling. A little time can brighten someone’s day or help them through a difficult moment.

Today, give the gift of your time to someone. Then take a moment to thank God for the opportunity to share that most precious gift.

This Sunday's reading reminds us that together, we thrive:

"Because the loaf of bread is one, we, though many, are one body, for we all partake of the one loaf." (1 Corinthians 10:16-17)

Many parts, one body in Christ. Today, tap in to that uniting mission of love with which Christ charges us. Then, share it!

What are you grateful for today on ? There is always something to notice, even in small ways.

If you woke up this morning, that alone is a gift. Whether today feels light or heavy, it is still a new day given to you by a loving God. And even in difficult moments, there are blessings woven throughout the day—sometimes quiet, sometimes unexpected.

Take time to pause and notice them.

Gratitude doesn’t remove challenges, but it can help us carry them with more peace and perspective. It also opens our hearts to see more clearly how God is present with us, even in ordinary moments.

Families from Little Angels Learning Center and members of the local community gathered at our Kingston headquarters for a day of fellowship with caregivers and residents.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made the day such a success. We loved celebrating with you!

We have a question for .

Are you closer to Jesus now than you were a year ago? A month ago? A week ago? Even yesterday?

Each day is an invitation to grow nearer to the Lord. Our lives are meant to be a continual journey of deepening our relationship with Christ, so that He can shape us, strengthen us, and work through us in new ways.

Like any relationship, love grows through time, attention, and presence. The more we spend time with Jesus, the more we come to know Him—and the more we open our hearts, the more grace He is able to pour into our lives.

Today, take a few moments to be with Him in prayer. Speak to Him simply and sincerely: “Jesus, I love You. Show me how to love You more.”

Sports Day with our friends at Jacob’s Ladder and Widow’s Mite did not disappoint! Challenge any team to a relay race and you'll be in for tough competition.

The cheering was loud but the community spirit was even louder. Days like these remind us how joyful it is to come together.
