New custom build just broke ground at 25 Bradford Street in Needham, MA! This home is located right in the heart of Needham's Ladder District. Highlights of this home include a curved staircase, rear-entry garage, elevator, and more.

Here is a sneak peak to what goes on "behind the walls" of a current new construction build. Today we did a preliminary HERS blower door test prior to blueboard and plaster to check for any leaks that are easy to fix now vs later, potentially saving the homeowner hundreds of dollars on home heating and cooling bills. A low HERS rating is now required on all new builds in Needham, but we've been building this way for decades!
