With the test fit complete and adjustments made, a new piece has been created that surpasses the original factory piece. The precision and speed of this laser have enabled me to adjust and create custom pieces with ease. I am excited to see this piece installed with all the new switches.

Happy to report that after an unfortunate mishap with my laser knocking out three power supplies and two cooling fans we are back operating once again. First up was prototyping a replacement dash panel for a scout boat. As soon as we complete the test fit we can move onto cutting it out of acrylic.

We are thrilled to showcase our latest design, a custom fireplace media wall. The clients opted for a recessed sound bar opening instead of a traditional mantle. Paired with fluted panels and finished with Iron Oar paint from Sherwin-Williams, this design transforms the room.

From AI generation to real product. Recently we were commissioned to design a 24” wall sign for a newly established local business using the provided AI image. I think we used 7 different acrylic colors to create this piece.

Laser etching this massive 105mm expended round was a first for me. Brass is not a metal that Co2 lasers can leave a mark on. However, with the use of marking spray I was able to finish the job.
