I have never been so disrespected by an employee at a front desk in my life. The woman at the front desk told me that I couldn't pay ahead and come back in an hour for my appointment. Also, she said your service is NOT by appointment. She cursed at me and was incredibly NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL! I would have been happy to come to your establishment, I just bought a home in naugatuck. I will never come back to quick lane and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.
