Dominick’s been a long-time client of mine, and a very hardworking one at that (7+ years).

He’s been absolutely focused on training hard for his own fitness goals and it has undoubtedly paid off, mentally and physically.

I’ve always been impressed by his commitment to his health and well-being and just chasing that next personal record on squats, bench press and bicep curls and all the other crazy variants of exercises I’ve challenges him with.

Now off to college, I wish him the best in every academic and recreational pursuits he goes after.
