spend the day with me✨

well me and Annie had another eventful run yesterday

needless to say she is feeling really good after being injected she is okay all she has is a couple of scratches but nothing major

we will run her again at amite for a Lrca and hopefully we can make it in the arena

we haven’t ran her since west monroe (our last spill) and warming up I was so excited to run her because she felt REALLY good but at the end of the day we are grateful that God kept us safe

thank you to everyone that helped catch Annie after

I decided to spend my Memorial Day honoring Navy lieutenant Michael Murphy Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y. He was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike's favourites and he'd named it 'Body Armor. From here on it will be referred to as 'Murph' in honour of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is

the “Murph” workout was

•1 mile of run
•100 pull ups
•200 pushups
•300 air squats
•1 mile run

this was one of the hardest workouts I ever done so far but doing it while honoring him was a blessing

thank you to everyone that served for our country and happy Memorial Day
