Start with the deadline → work backward → set mini-deadlines. 

Example: 
• Wed = Sort boxes 
• Thu = Donate or toss items 
• Fri = Organize shelves 
• Sat = Sweep + tidy 
• Sun = DONE 🚀

Stop cramming at the last minute 👀 Instead of planning forward, try reverse planning: start with your deadline, then work backward to set mini-deadlines for each step. This makes overwhelming projects feel doable.
