I bought your scones cookbook at the Weaverville Art Safari. I made the Date Walnut scones yesterday, and they are delicious! My mom is British and very impressed how moist they are. So much so, she would like to get a book. Are you still in the Weaverville area right now? I have to catch my flight in Asheville, but I’ll be in the area from now until around 3:00. She lives in Black Mountain and drives as far as Asheville if you are available another day. If not, can you mail one? Hardback

Today for Valentines Day I’m At Hopey & Co. in East Asheville until 4pm giving out scone samples and selling my scone cookbook “Shawnee’s Sweet and Savory Scones” These are not your typical scones! Not hard or dry!

It's the holidays and just wanted to put my name out there to all you foodies not wanting to leave home! Also, interested in offering up my services to your Vacation rentals too! I've been slinging food for the top 1% around the world for 22 years and am trying to lead a peaceful work life in the mountains between my hikes. Happy to be here in the friendliness of this area! Starting to give up sea level for more elevation…spending the next three days at 3700’ feeding 8 men having a bromance weekend on a mountain in Burnsville. Having a blast and the view from the cutting board is phenomenal!❤️🍂🌄

Happy to report that I have orders out to another two cafes Farmacie in Highlands, NJ and The French Market in Rumnson, NJ. They should have Shawnee's Sweet and Savory Scones Cookbooks by May 1st!
