Prices ⬆️ from last month, and ⬇️ from the year before. Since interest rates went up the median sales price has been going up and down in that $550k-$650k range
Days on market ⬇️ but still in that 2 month range
Sales ⬆️from last month, and ⬆️ from last year. Will see this number go up in season
Supply ⬆️ from last month and ⬆️ from last year. Now in the 8 month supply range, we are in a buyers market
Interest rates at 7.04% on a 30 year fixed from Freddie Mac, which is still expected to go down in the coming months

Under contract! Congratulations to my seller for getting this one under contract! My goal was to get it done in less than 30 days and we did it in 23. I couldn't have done it without my sellers hard work on getting this home ready for the market, their hard work showed and we had great feedback from everyone. There are a few hurdles to get through, but we are on our way!

Sales ⬇️ from last month, but only by 4 sales
Supply ⬆️ from last month and ⬆️ from last year. Hovering right around that 6 month mark which shows a very healthy market for both buyers and sellers.
Interest rates at 6.54% on a 30 year fixed from Freddie Mac, which is expected to go down in the coming months

Congratulations to my sellers for getting this one closed! I was more than happy to get this beautiful home sold and to help them move on to their next venture.
I offered a home warranty gifted to the buyers at closing and we had the home pre-inspected and addressed each issue before we went under contract and that allowed the buyers to decide not to inspect the home which made it even an easier sale for my sellers.
