We started Jello Fusion in early 2011 making magical mouthfuls of Jello and alcohol in our little kitchen.
So many friends and family members told us our Jello shot recipes were far better than any they’d ever tasted, so we decided to make it a business. Both of us love to entertain. In fact, Joanna comes from a family with a 30-year history in restaurants and catering. And Eric comes from a long line of people who love eating, drinking and celebrating.
