As we get older, keeping our bones, healthy, and strong is essential. Doing stomping motions help strengthen our bone structure. Can also help with balance 
Happy Monday! This week let’s move to the floor for some upper body work.
Another oldie but goodie. great upper body stretch combo. Helps with bad posture.  perfect for if you’re looking down all day at your phone or computer. 
Chicken, spinach casserole
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of Seasoned shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of Cherri tomatoes
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/4 of cheese (your choice)
- Salt, pepper, season salt
1. Pre heat the oven 350
2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth
3. Pour cottage cheese blend into oven dish
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
5. Add the spinach, tomatoes, chicken, and cheese.
6. Add Salt, pepper, and seasoning salt fold altogether.
7. Cook in oven for 15 minutes
Eggs, more protein, less calories.
