I cant tell you how many folks I saw wearing gloves or pulling their shirt over their hands so they didn't have to touch the handle!!

I wanted SO bad to just run up to them and say.....THERE IS A BETTER OPTION!!

Years ago, I suffered a panic attack and ended up in the ER. I was facing corporate burnout and began meditation in my recovery. The first time I meditated for less than 20 seconds. Ugh - It was brutal, I couldn't figure out how to master this skill.

Then I randomly met a guy at the airport who was meditating (an answer to my prayers). He reminded me that meditation is a practice, no different than exercise and you need to invest in it like a practice. I began mastering 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes. It took a year, but what a beautiful year.

I now meditate daily between 6-8 minutes typically. Panic attacks are a thing of my past and my anxiety is very under control. And now I have techniques to help me.
