healingsexuality
I devoted 10+ years to my healing and learning as much as possible about recovering from sexual trauma, I was living a life beyond what I had dared to dream of at 19 when I started healing.
My life was amazing yet in one part of my life I still felt broken. I still struggled to be present, to relax, and allow myself to feel pleasure during intimate moments with my husband.
Because I was not addressing the impact the trauma I had endured had on my own sexuality. That was the last part of my healing that felt like maybe I would never heal.
It took me getting really honest with myself and believing I deserved to be whole, healthy, and vibrant in ALL areas of my life to finally do this part of the healing work.
TBH I’m done being embarrassed about it because it was never my shame to carry.
And when I was growing up none of this was ever talked about. That is why I am speaking out, sharing my story and my healing journey.
If you want the exact steps I took to finally heal this part of myself comment or DM me “HEAL” and I will send you the link 💕

The truth is that your body is where the trauma occurred so it must be included in your healing. And trust me I tried to heal with just my mind for a very long time.
I got better, I got out of crisis, but I was in survival mode until I finally started to include my body in my healing.
I know that it can be scary but it is absolutely worth it! I am living proof. Comment embody and I will send you the link to my embodied healing guide.
