I've been active in the real estate market in Southwest Florida for over seven years now. I have many fix and flips under my belt and this is my first personal home renovation!

Remember in the 70s when houses were built with a random atrium right in the middle? I think I would rather have this in a backyard on most days. This was peak residential architecture. I will forever believe that.
