❌ARE YOUR ENERGY LEVELS AFFECTING YOUR BOTTOM LINE? 🤑

Just a few years ago I was spending HOURS working on my business.

A new business owner, I was doing everything I could to get it off the ground.

Endless web pages were built.

Dozens of blog posts written.

Hours spent coaching my clients.

More hours spent looking for clients.

Social media vortex that swallows you.

🤕The overwhelm and tears every day because it was too much.

🥺My world was turning upside down.

😭My habits went out of window. 

❌I started obsessing about my food (a health coach yes!)

💩Counting calories (again!) and macros, stressing about going overboard.

🍷Drinking more wine because STRESS.

😢Weighing myself a few times a day.

Going for a run when I REALLY didn't want so I could  "burn that cheat meal".

Feeling guilty when I wasn't moving.

Feeling uncomfortable in my body.

Feeling trapped.

Spending more hours working and perfecting everything BUT ME. To no avail.

I WAS MISSING THE POINT...

by NOT putting myself first...I got myself sick that summer, and spent weeks in bed fighting adrenal fatigue and hyperthyroidism. 😢

The business was...just sitting there.

It was the time to make a MAJOR SWITCH and here's what worked.

💎Instead of working HARDER... I worked smarter. I prioritized MY HEALTH over anything else, and everything else magically improved.

💎I focused on generating MORE energy by eliminating: 1) time and energy suckers, ineffective time management, working in a "Squirrel" scattered mode, and using food as a crutch.

💎I've created BOUNDARIES in my business and personal life (instead of being in Work mode all the time), started taking time off, and blocked time in my calendar that is ME-TIME (non-negotiable).

💎I've stopped labeling foods as good or bad. I stopped the guilt, self-shame and punishment and allowed myself to eat when I'm hungry, enjoy every bite, and work out when I want.

💎I've learned that my health IS my wealth. If you created time to CULTIVATE your health and honor your energy levels...You'll be more productive. 💥

More energy = more spare time. More fun. More balance. More wealth.

Why would I move my body when I'm stressed? 🙄

✅All I want to do is to curl up under blankets and pretend my problems don't exist.

🍿I can also bring snacks and turn on Netflix to binge and numb the discomfort I am in.

💻Oh wait, I can also dive into work even more because it's joyful and keeps me away from my reality.

But in reality, I am drained.

Overwhelmed. Stressed
And want to stop feeling this way.

Sounds familiar?

I went through this loop so many times.

❌Burnt out 3 times.

❌Sat in my chair until my b***y and neck were hurting.

❌Refused to see friends or spend time with my partner while I'm glued to my laptop.

What I didn't know for a while:

1️⃣ That the vagus nerve stimulation through workouts/movement is LIFE-changing. It can literally alter your state in 30 minuts. Vagus nerve runs through your entire body and can get you in Peace - Parasympathetic state from Stress (Sympathetic) state within minutes.

2️⃣ Stagnant energy sucks. How are you going to make more money/show up for your family/love yourself when you are sloth-ing away? :)

3️⃣ Rhythm is healing. There is research showing that dance, walking, hiking, even knitting and doing the monotonous movement with your body heals trauma, depression and helps with PTS symptoms.

❌You're not behind on work. You're behind on working on yourself.

Excuse me, Anya?!

When I started working on my business, I was working 60-70 hr weeks, sacrificing time with my loved ones, being aggressive when someone would try to tap into this time, feeling exhausted and unhappy with results = pushing for more.⬇️

I felt always behind, and dreamed of more hours in the day but my clock looked like Salvador Dali clock - melting away with my high stress levels.🙄

I was missing 3 things for my productivity that had NOTHING to do with time. I'm thrilled to share them with you (and if you're my client, you know them already) and hope to save you time, efffort and nerve cells.

1️⃣ I was a perfectionist who wouldn't let go of the ideal. Done was never good enough, progress didn't matter much. I was miserable living in a black-n-white world. That'l felt like having Skittles - look different but taste the same.

2️⃣ I was inefficient while being productive. Fact: while I was eating better already, I struggled with hypothyroidism and low energy. So I kept running marathons instead of looking for ways to BOOST my enerrgy. More energy naturally = more efficiency = more time.

3️⃣I prioritized WORK over working on myself.

💥This was a MASSIVE game-changer. I can't tell you how much more energy, money and time you can have when you put this as your self-care item list FIRST THING every morning. I've used a lot of different mindset practices to understand myself better and start manifesting my wildest creams.

💧Your stress is like a leaky faucet - a drop of it is harmless, but the damage can cost you $$$$ in your health/sanity.

You didn't think having a busy life and riding those anxiety waves can put your health at risk?😣

Neither did I.

I always shrugged it off to being a "perfectionist", a high achiever and a girl who dreamed big.

Until my body and mind caved and said a hard NO (in fact, 3times because I needed to learn that lesson the hard way).😜

➡️If your body stressors are often on (kids screaming, projects piling up, laundyr isn't done and you worry about finances/your weight gain/ what Susie next door said aout your outfit), the fight-or-flight reaction STAYS ON instead of being short-lived.

Gained weight? Amxiety? Lost motivation? Trouble sleeping?

🔥Your body is sending those smoke signals and wants you to turn the freaking stress dripping faucet OFF.

But you keep pushing (because you "should") and choose to ignore them untill well, a breakdown. 💔

Your extreme emotions and repressed stress will incinerate your dreams. This is not a FIRE drill and I really want EVERY woman to take this seriously.

Here's what you need to do to experience that BLISS after a chinese torture:

1️⃣Take a step back and stop avoiding the fact you've been stress. This is PURE KINDNESS towards the only body you get to live in.

2️⃣ Ask yourself - what do I need right now? Self-compassion, a hug, a day off, time alone, a good meal or a bout of laughter - give yourself just that.

3️⃣ Learn what TRULY destresses you. Do it daily. Plug it in your calendar. Track how your body reponse.

See the magic happen after you implement this.

‼️You've been through a lot....and here's why I KNOW you'll succeed in your journey

Things I've been through⬇️

1. Two assaults
2. Immigration with jumping thru a lot of hoops, twice
3. An emotionally abusive relationship that ended an engement
4. Losing my best friend to cancer
5. Two long-lasting injuries
6. Living in 5 states and moving 12 times in 11 years
7. A corporate career that led to burn out
8. A failed startup
9. 10 years of anxiety, unhealthy eating and feeling miserable in my body
10. Living with a rare incurable condition

I lived through and thrived through these thinfs.

I attract women who want to level up and tired of being a victim to their weaknesses.

Balance is a JOURNEY not a destination. 🛣️

How much do you work?

Does your work bring you joy?

Are you present at home?

Do you have hobbies/fun/social life?

Are you taking care of your body?

Are you avoiding finances and responsibilities?

Here's what it looks like for me🔽

🔥I work about 30 hours a week and I love all of it, not going to lie.

🔥I study/train for another 15 hours or so.

🔥I spend 5-7 hrs a week on my health as a minimum (appointments, self-care, routines)

🔥I love getting out and about to meet with friends (not too frequently, )

🔥Travel as a must for me, and will always be

🔥I take at least one full day off

🔥And I have really solid boundaries with family and clients. I won't be replying to emails after 6 pm :D

Sooo...the question is: do you believe balance exists or not? ⬇️

🍦🍦Plain vanilla is BORING! 🍦🍦👇

If your life has no flavor.... read this.

Chances are you're prioritizing the markers of productivity over the vitality and real juiciness of LIFE:

Productivity can be fulfilling...so is rest.👀

But if either one is taken to the extreme, it is too much (nobody likes salt licks or burnt food)

You may proudly call yourself a workaholic ( I did!) or feel like you don't need rest because work gives you LIFE...then you're missing the smoke signals from your body and mind:

➡️too many hours on the phone to find comfort/avoid/numb

➡️inability to be present (your mind is onto the next step already)

➡️insomnia and poor sleep hygiene ( the racing mind that is oh so creating at the ungodly hour)

➡️inflammation, weight gain, getting colds, fatigue, anxiety, depressive thoughts and just feeling blah!

Feel like you're ready to spice things up?!

Follow the ROAM model I use with my lovely clients:

1️⃣ Rest (truly, no work email or DMs) at least 1 full day a week.

2️⃣ Oxygenate -your body needs oxygen to function. Nourish it with fresh air, good water, delicious, nutrient-dense foods and great sef-care

3️⃣ Align - stop doing s**t that doesn't light you up. Outsource, hire, break through or ditch it.

4️⃣ Move forward while staying present. You can get so much more JUICE and SPICE of life when you're present - on your walks, on your commitments, on your daily tiny moments.

This may hit you faster than morning 💩 after ☕ 😆

ONE SURE WAY TO SUCCEED in healthy habits and your wellness journey:

💣To succeed at change, you must focus on the PROCESS, not the result.

Let me take you for a spin of a decade of learning:

🤢Dieted since I was 14

😝Didn't exercise until I was 29

😟Anxiety + insomnia for a decade

😤Smoked for 8 years

but then:

✅learned English in less than a year

✅Ran a half marathon after 3 months of training

✅a decade of eating healthy and high energy (2012-2022)

✅took 4 years of daily work to make my business successful

✅went from $90 in the bank in 2013 to great savings and home in Napa

Not stopping here...

Eyes on the prize BUT

You have to enjoy the process.

Otherwise - boot camps don't work. Diets fail. Business owners quit. People go bankrupt. Relationships end.

Give this a whirl for a month and see how differently you feel:

Patience is one of the most gratifying things in the process, not the end.

Back in 2012 I was p**s broke in terms of my health.😲💩

❌I suffered from hypothyroidism, anemia, BP of 145/85, cystic acne, indigestion and felt miserable. I had massive anxiety, bouts of insomnia and never felt good in my skin no matter how thin I got.
