The Seafood Festival is only 10 days away. I will be set up in “The Market”. Make sure you come and find me. You can be thinking about what cookies and candy you want. Here is a list: Sugar, Snickerdoodles, Ginger Snap’s, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip with Cashews, White chocolate Chip with Cashews, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Cashew Sandies and Oatmeal. I also have 5 candies: Fudge, Peanut Butter Fudge, Caramel Fudge, Cashew Brittle and Cashew Pralines. And wonderful Brownie Madeleines sandwiches with caramel frosting in the middle. I look forward to seeing everyone there!

Even with the rain yesterday morning it was a great day at the Punkin Chunkin. You can come out and see for yourself today from 12-5. Stop by and say "Hey".

I'll be at the Punkin Chunkin this weekend off Settawig Rd. near Brasstown in NC. Come out and watch them Chunk Punkins and so much more. This is the 10th anniversary of this event.

Coconut Balls, Peanut Butter Balls, Peppermint Pattie's, Cashew Turtles, and English Toffee.

I will be selling a limited number of these beautiful, delicious gluten free cakes this weekend. Stop by and see me at the Brasstown Valley Resort, Sat. 10-5 and Sunday 10-3. Don't be fooled by the gluten free statement. These cakes are the bomb!! I have Vanilla and Chocolate!

Today starts 4 days of markets. I think I can, I think I can. I'm as ready as I can be!

I'm going to be baking all week getting ready for the eclipse! I'll be in Hayesville Friday, Franklin Saturday and Andrews Sunday afternoon and all day Monday. Stop by and say "Howdy"!

I'll be in Hayesville this afternoon on the Square! Stop by and see all the great products our vendors are selling and stay for the free concert. The market is from 2-6 and the concert starts at 7. Buy some cookies or candy to munch on during the concert.

I will be in Hayesville on the Square Friday, 2-6 and Franklin Saturday, 8-12. Stop by and buy some cookies. I have 2 new ones this year, Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Snicker doodles!

Playing around with graphics in class today.

Spent time in a social media class today. I've had learned so much.

Things are starting to come together for the markets this summer. I will be in Andrews on April 22 for Earth day. Look for me in front of the Andrews UMC church. The Hayesville Farmers Market will begin on May the 5th. We are moving to Friday's and 12 of those days will have a concert starting at 7. The Franklin Market is still going. Right now we have winter hours from 10-12 but starting about the middle of April we will go back to 8-12. Lots of opportunities to come out and buy fresh produce and lots of other stuff. Don't forget your cookies!
