This change out came with its challenges when you come across a unit that is over 20 years old it’s not only a surprise it’s was still working but you also get the reality that duct work needs revamped. We were able to make duct work transitions to connect both plenums but this customer knows the duct work needs replaced when she can budget for it.

This next house was a remodel in Mt Gilead and this house was one of the oddest layouts I’ve ever seen. After figuring out where the best place to put the main 3.5ton 2 zone system we them have it two big truck lines to get the air to both wings of this house. The second floor with was a large room, bathroom and closet got it’s own wall hung closet system ready for trim out. Planning and ensuring proper air flow is always out biggest concern. They were also doing a spray foam ceiling for insulation so not all the runs are butted to the ceiling until that is completed.

This house had me feeling like we were on vacation everyday. We installed a 2.5 Ton split heat pump to service the upper level and main living space. And set up the the 2 Ton wall hung closet unit for trim out. With vaulted ceilings and a look out area we had to plan the duct work just right to ensure the open concept didn’t get stuffy.

This next custom home in wild wing plantation was a process. We installed a 2T heat pump to supply the second level and a 4T gas furnace and coil for the main level with 2 zones. This house has 3 returns to provide the best air flow. We also added gas lines to the water heater and stove.

This was a project I honestly never expected to do. This was a explosion proof exhaust fan for a golf cart paint booth. That fan took 8 month to be built and delivered for us to complete this project. We bent and assembled all the metal boxes. Cut out for all 4 24x24 returns and tied into the exiting wall exit out of this metal building. We also added 8 fresh air intakes on the opposite side of the room to bring in air for the painters.

This was a repair day. The platform got water damage from a clogged drain that then made the unit become not level and in result both the return and supply plentums had fallen off. We lifted the unit added and secured more wood to hold the new drain pan for the unit to hold all the water. We then reattached both plenums and installed two safety switches to ensure no more water leaks. We also cleaned the wood and replaced the water logged Sheetrock to close the garage ceiling back up. Lastly for this rental property we cleaned the return vents that had a lot of dog hair and dust and replaced the filters.

This next house in Cypress Plantation boasted high ceilings and even a full 8 foot walk way for the two 3.5 Ton Run Tru by Trane. Multiple trunk lines and 4 returns needed to manage the proper air flow in the custom house.
