MTR Patch 4.0.9 is here!

We've introduced many new features and released our new MyTechReports V2 mobile app.

New Features:

​Report PDF text size is now configurable up to size 18 font. To make these changes you have two options:
​Tools > Reporting Standards > Report PDF Font Size
Reports > Template > Header & Footer > Report PDF Font Size
Note: This will not retroactively change or modify already saved reports in any way. This change will be moving forward only.

We have added three new additional signature fields. Each of these fields can be named and may be turned on or off at your discretion.

We have added an option to transpose the report by default to the Template, Reporting Standards, and the Export PDF pop-up. If you want to enter your data one way but always export in another, this will set those defaults for you.

We've added a button for the Time In and Time Out. One click will assign the current time, a second will allow you to modify the times.

We've added a mileage field to the reports page. Clicking in this cell will show you the last three readings you've entered into this cell and is bound to the UserID.

We added the ability to assign a range to multiple cells at once. This will be in any Ranges tab or Grid tab and will allow you to take the range from one test and propagate the desired range into multiple columns at once. You may not assign the range to any other tests or components outside of the same row.

We've added an "Add a Unit" button to the Reports page, Units window. This will allow you to add a unit to a customer without having to leave the reports page. This is a huge time saver!

Under Panels > View Panel, you can now see the tests and their associated ranges by clicking on a test. Previously this was not possible without editing the panel and inspecting each test line by line.

We've added a new test type, Fixed Test. The Fixed Test will allow you to embed LSI, RSI, PSI, Mass Balance, etc. into the report. You will not be able to create new Fixed Tests. MTR Support Team will have to build it and test it for you before deploying to production. To add a Fixed Test to your panel you will need to:
Create an LSI, RSI, or PSI test.
Add the test to the desired panel or add it using the Manage Test/Panels button in Template or Report.
Click on the test, enter the values, and the result will be shown with the associated saturation pH if applicable.

Once a System History report has been ran you may now limit the results page to the Systems and Tests that you want to see or be seen on the PDF.

All future reports when saved will be rendered as a PDF and stored on the server. This means we will store one year worth of PDF's on the production server, and any older reports will be archived onto a backup storage server. You will still be able to reach them seamlessly, but this reduces the amount of errors we will encounter as we continuously improve upon our PDF rendering process.

We've expanded upon our Customer > Units > Unit Attributes page to support adding custom fields for items like "Gate Code:" or "Access Key:". This data page will be presented on the new MTR V2 App in an upcoming patch.

Added the customer selection pulldown for Client users on the Reports page. This prevents them from having to go to the customer page each time to change what customer was seen.

MyTechReports V2 Mobile App:

​We've completely rewritten and redesigned the MTR mobile app to utilize a modern Application Protocol Interface (API). This means stability, security, and reliability are vastly improved.
New Pending, Late, Uploaded, and Not Uploaded report sections.
Still available for OFFLINE use if you load the report while on WiFi or Cellular.
Available for iOS and Android this weekend!
Calculations, Fixed Tests, Multiple Choice... The new MTR app will be able to support each of these test types!
Simplified test result input - only one component shown at a time giving you elbow room to work on large systems without the clutter or getting lost in the report.
