Students both former and present that were enrolled in Culinary at Indian Capital Technology Center This class prepares students as culinary assistants who perform a variety of food preparation tasks in food services and/or food preparation.
Instruction provides an overview of restaurant duties, international cuisines, and management skills in the hospitality industry.

We have Finalists!! Yay!! We ended up with 2 top 10s and 3 bronze medals for each of our categories. So proud of Jaylee, Sydney and Kyla, and Gavin. We definitely had a great time in San Diego. Lots of memories made.
All four student finished competing and did well. Many great experiences sunny San Diego. Food has been AMAZING!!

Latest on the start of school for ICTC Muskogee campus. We are starting in person classes on August 20th, Thursday. We are so excited to see all of our students, 1st and 2nd year. Let us know if you have any questions. Can’t wait but remember to be safe and bring your mask 😷.

To all current ICTC Culinary students from Mr. Pivec:
With the safety of students and staff in mind, ICTC facilities will be closed through April 5, 2020 for all non-online classes. This included Full-time, Business and Industry training and Adult Career Development.
Though classes will be suspended, some essential services will still be operational (payroll, accounts payable, operator assistance).
During this announce closure, ICTC will also explore possible ways of conducting courses (distance learning, internet, email, ITV and more) in the event mandatory closures are extended.
We are researching implications for Adult Health programs through accrediting bodies as well as Federal, State and Tribal financial aid implications for all adult students.
We will share more information when known on those matters.
