We are looking for a hard working, patient, baby loving individual to work in our infant room !!! The hours would be 12:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.

Must be able to follow instructions from our lead Infant room teacher, read and write, detail orientated, dependable, and be able to handle 8 crying babies.

Pre-K:
Multiple openings! Kiddo has to be 4-6 years old, potty trained, & eligible for Kindergarten in the Fall of 2022

We are open M-F from 6:30 AM till 5:30 PM, please enter the building by 5:25 to pick up your kiddos.
(any kiddo picked up after 5:30 PM will be charged $2.50 per minute)

✨ FRIDAY TEACHER FEATURE ✨

This week we have Ms. Shelbi Brockman who teaches our Pre-K kiddos !!

In her last semester at Crowder, she needed a place to do my student teaching. One of her friends mentioned SBS. After she finished her student teaching Miss Jessica offered her a job with us.

She enjoys being able to do what she loves each and every day! Every day is a learning experience and watching each child accomplish milestones is such a rewarding experience.

Her class is structured, they learn basic life skills and the fundamentals of kindergarten. They do hands learning such as writing letters and numbers, and drawing shapes, all without help. They also work on learning to enunciate words and letters correctly.

Let’s give Ms. Shelbi a BIG thank you for all she does for us at Step-by-Step — we are so thankful to have her here !!

✨ guess what day it is …….. it’s TEACHER FEATURE FRIDAY ✨

Today we have Miss Kaylynn Hendry , she is one of our 3 year old teachers!
She came to SBS because she is able to teach in a Christian based environment, as well as having the freedom to mix hands on & curriculum based learning.
The best part of being a teacher at SBS for her is the communication we have amongst staff & families.
She has also taught our 1 & 2 year olds while working for with us as well!
In Miss Kaylynn’s classroom she offers a wide variety. They explore activities that grow both their large & small motor skills, sensory & imaginary play. She also teachers her kids to write & recognize shapes, colors, numbers, and letters.
She makes sure that her kiddos have fun while learning all these things too!
