Tina is a five star broker, no question. My wife and I were very particular in our search for the perfect home, and Tina was incredibly patient and kind, walking us through every step of the process with confidence. Thank you for all of your dedication and hard work! Nik & Anya Lochmatow

Tina did a great job marketing our house in Mt. Prospect. She generated multiple offers on the property and we got our desired price. Additionally, the timing worked out perfectly. Throughout the process, I felt that Tina had my best interest in mind, and held out for the right offer.During the process, she kept me in the loop, and handled the transaction in a competent and professional manner. Meeting Tina was definitely serendipitous for my wife and I as we were buying our first home. We had been working with another broker at that point in time who had been unresponsive in our communications with them in trying to set up a viewing of one of Tina's listings. So we decided to call Tina directly to view the property. When we called she answered immediately and had us at the property the next day. As it turns out the property was not quite what my wife and I were looking for in a house, but Tina definitely was what we were looking for in a broker so we began working with her after meeting that day. Tina is amazing to work with, anytime we had an question about buying a home or were interested in a specific property she responded immediately. She was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable when viewing properties and it felt like she was there to help us find the perfect home, and never pressured us about any of the properties. When we found the perfect house she was on top of it every step of the way ensuring that we were getting a fair price and that we understood everything in the offer contract. And when there was a little hiccup in the closing she continued following up with everyone involved to get us the information we needed. I would definitely choose her again if my wife and I ever decide to buy a new home, and would recommend her to anyone I know that is.Thanks for everything Tina!! Robert and Stephanie Lewton
