Most "Roadside" means just that. You have stopped on the side of the road. When you have a head on collision in the turning lane of a busy intersection at 500pm, we can't wait. The risk of a secondary incident occuring increases by 75% in the immediate area of a current incident. Incident btw could mean flat tyre, or out of fuel!
