To Our Valued Clients, Trusted Partners, and Cherished Friends,
It is with profound sadness that I share the unexpected passing of my wife, Tracy Norris, on November 27th this past year. Tracy was not only a beloved co-owner of Disaster Plus but also a constant presence in our office, dedicating herself to building a business of integrity and meaningful relationships with many over the years.
We deeply appreciate the trust and support of everyone throughout our journey, and I know that Tracy cherished the connections she made with you.

We’ll simply call this next series of photos, “Scenes From Inside a Hospital.”
Our team finds itself in a hospital setting once again to ensure that this hospital’s structure is dried out in the most efficient manner, after a recent water line break affected it. Instead of posting footage of our equipment or said water damaged areas, we thought we’d change it up and be “artsy”. So here’s our attempt at that.
A hospital flooded downtown at 5:30am two Saturdays ago. Sometimes you have to allow your employees to sleep in and just make water damage cleanup a family affair!

Had a wonderful time sitting down with, Mrs. Williamson, whose probably tired of seeing us after experiencing her second disaster in a years time. Here she is sharing why working with a Local company was important to her.
The new Jasper Apartments on Broad Street are absolutely beautiful! Over the past few months, the Disaster Plus team has enjoyed working alongside the apartments’ builder and property management team, helping ensure The Jasper remains dry and mold free for all of it’s residents. If you are in the hunt for a new apartment, we highly recommend you check them out!

Thanks to Mrs. and her 5th grade class at Sullivans Island Elementary (from 3 years ago. Editing no fun) for inviting DJ and I to speak on hurricanes. Caroline is a life long friend and an amazing Science Teacher, who got me through Biology at CofC. These kids are going to help save their parents some money if their houses ever experience water damage! Crazy enough, one of the other teachers in the room had a water disaster at her home just several weeks later and knew immediately to call 724-7247! - Keating
