A small sampling of our new stand at Prussian Street Arcade in Manheim. We will have maple cotton candy and gift boxes for October, November, and December.
We have set up a stand at the Prussian Street Arcade in Manheim, open 6 days a week. Stopped by for some pure maple syrup and maple products.

What does maple sap look like and how fast can it flow on a 3/16 gravity line?
That's a lot of water with a trace of sugar and maple flavor
If making maple syrup requires massive amount of maple "sap'" How do you collect and transport it?
The 2020 boil begins....
Making maple syrup really boils down to removing massive amounts of water to concentrate the sap to 66.8% sugar. That's all there is to it!

We have 1.5 oz sample jars for free, 8 oz jars for $8, 12 oz jars for $12, and 32 oz jugs for $24. We currently have Grade A Golden Delicate with amazingly smooth maple flavor. More grades to come as season continues...
