A little over two weeks until these girls will be freezer bound. I have one quarter left for sale. Comment below if you’re interested.
The plan has changed. Processing facilities are very busy. We have an appointment for May 3, 2023. Processing takes about 3 weeks.
You can pick up your beef the week of the 22nd. Probably after mid week.

$100 slaughter fee ($120 if hangs 900 or over)
$.70 a lb (hanging weight) for cut and wrap. Only time it changes is if it's a "All hamburger beef" or a "Quartered Beef" to $.75.

Gopher ridge is now raising cattle! We will have our all natural beef available by quarter, half or whole. These cows have no added hormones. Their diet is mainly grass supplemented with all stock feed.
They will be ready in April. Price will be $4.00 per pound hanging weight. Approximately 250 pounds per half. Exact weight will be determined Deposit of $300 will be due by March 15 to reserve your beef.
