WinShape College Program

Applications are officially open for the 2027-2028 WinShape College Program incoming class! 🎉 Are you (or someone you know) a college student craving authentic, Christ-centered community at Berry College?

From day one, our Residential Community welcomes students into a biblically rooted environment that helps them navigate every aspect of college life. Through weekly small groups, one-on-one mentorship, and leaders who genuinely invest, students grow spiritually while building deep, meaningful relationships. Along the way, they’ll experience fun events, personal development opportunities, and consistent community gatherings—all designed to help them thrive and become the person God has called them to be.

📌 Eligibility: Students must have at least three years of college remaining and be accepted to Berry College by the end of 2026 to be eligible to continue in the application process. (Students are highly encouraged to apply to Berry if not already accepted, while simultaneously applying to WinShape).

It’s MOVE-IN DAY! 🎉🏠
Today, we’re welcoming a brand-new class of WinShape College Program students to campus! We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for this year as students grow in their faith, build lifelong friendships, discover their purpose, and make memories along the way.

Let the adventure begin! Welcome to WinShape, students! We’re so glad you’re here! 👋

Did you know: WinShape College is a scholarship program started by Truett and Jeannette Cathy in 1984.

When Truett and Jeannette were visiting Berry, Gloria Shatto, Berry’s President at the time, gave the Cathys a tour of the campus and after taking them to Mountain Campus and exploring the surrounding buildings and beautiful campus grounds, Jeannette’s very words were, “I feel like I am standing on Holy Ground.”

Berry College is one of the largest college campuses in the world! With 27,000+ acres, it’s the perfect place to grow in knowledge, community, and purpose. And, it’s the home of our WinShape College Program.

We can’t wait to welcome all our WSCP student’s back on August 19 for move-in day! 🎉

We recently welcomed our new class of 32 first-year students for their very first catalytic event: FreshThing.

Throughout the weekend, students began building meaningful relationships with the classmates and staff they’ll walk alongside over the next four years. Together, they dove into the heart of the College Program through worship, reflection, community, and plenty of fun—all centered around discovering their identity in Christ.

As they begin this journey, join us in praying for deep and lasting connections, hearts ready for growth, and lives firmly rooted in Him. We’re expectant for the fruit God will bring in and through this class during their College Program experience!

Congratulations, Class of 2026! 💙🎓🎉
We are so proud of you and all that you’ve accomplished. Your hard work, perseverance, and dedication have brought you to this moment, and we can’t wait to see all that’s ahead for you. The future is bright!

God will guide you. Even when you don’t know what to do next—He does. He sees the full picture and leads you with care. You are not figuring this out alone. 🤍

“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) 💙

Here are some powerful truths and reminders college students deeply need today, especially in a noisy, anxious, and approval-hungry world. ➡️
