Hello all! Happy 2026! We are looking forward to many great things coming this year. Our first meeting is this Wednesday. Find info for it below, as well as some opportunities to support our MMS teachers.

This terrific program funds so many awesome things -- free clothing, school supplies, tutoring programs and more! The federal funding was abruptly canceled in mid-December but was restored in the 11th hour thanks in part to MSD parents speaking up -- thanks to all who called, emailed or just sent good vibes! Come to the PST meeting to hear more about how this grant helps our kids, community, and schools.

SignUp! -- the PST is providing a catered lunch for our teachers on Friday, Jan 23 and we'd like to add some fruit, desserts, and snacks to restock their lounge with yummy treats. Click here to help out! SignUp Genius

Donate! We haven't held a fundraiser since the Teacher's Lounge project in Fall 2024 and our coffers are dropping! Even with generous discounts from our local restaurants it costs nearly $1,000 to provide lunch for all the teachers and staff at MMS. If you're able to make a donation to help us continue to offer this support you have several options -- thank you!!

Hello PST families!
We are nearing the holidays and we'd like to have one more meeting before 2025 comes to a close!

Our next meeting will be this Wednesday, December 17th, at 5:30pm in the MMS library.
Our topic is... COOKIES!

The PST board members will be bringing holiday cookies to munch on while we are having a general discussion about the goings-on at the middle school! If you have something you want to discuss please join us!

Feel free to bring cookies to share, but not necessary!

We hope everyone is having a wonderful fall season and enjoying this crazy warm weather! Speaking of outdoors, our meeting this month is about moving our bodies and getting outside!

Please join us tonight, Wednesday, November 19th at 5:30pm at the Moscow Middle School Library. We have a list of resources including indoor/outdoor activities both in Moscow and Pullman and around the Palouse that will help us all get out and be active as a family!

The first 15 people will receive a FREE one person public skate pass to the Palouse Ice Rink!We have also collaborated with the Palouse Ice Rink to have a discounted Middle School Skate day: This Friday, November 21st from 2:30-5pm or 9-11pm! $5 entry fee for all Middle Schoolers!

The Parent Support Team (PST) is putting together a staff lunch, but we need parent support in providing BAKED GOODS on Thursday, October 30st, and/or restock the SNACKS in the staff room.

Please drop items off at the MMS office Thursday morning between 8AM-12noon. To drop off food, you can check in at the main office and leave it in the Staff Work Room on Thursday morning, or (ONLY if non-perishable) on Monday-Wednesday during school hours.

If you bring a tray or plate that is not disposable, you can pick it up during school hours the following week.

Our art students are giving back to teachers this year by filling frames in the teacher’s lounge with original portraits of MMS teachers and staff!

What a fun way to say thank you, we love you and we appreciate your hard work!

One of the easiest ways to support our MMS teachers is to ask about supplies! Teachers may be especially low on necessary supplies in this last stretch of the school year - so consider reaching out (have your student ask!) to see if there is a need you can fill! Sometimes even a few toilet paper rolls is all it takes 😁
