When I was a kid, I didn’t really know what rhubarb was—I just knew Mom’s rhubarb cake was one of my favorite desserts!
Now I’ve made that same delicious cake for The Farm Market using homegrown rhubarb, yellow cake, and a topping of fresh whipped cream.
