Starting through the TVHS co-op program, he’s been full-time in our shop since graduation, helping to keep our trucks and equipment running strong.

As a company, it’s on us to lift up the next generation in the trades. Giving guys like Nate the opportunity to grow is how we keep this industry moving forward.

Connor kicked off with us doing part-time snow work, then stepped up as a laborer while still in high school.

Following his co-op program at Twin Valley and graduation this spring, he’s now a full-time Laborer/Operator.

Yesterday, our Commercial Foreman Scott handed over a new hard hat — marking the responsibility Connor’s earned and the work ahead. Keep pushing, Connor!

This is Kelsey.

Since joining us in 2018, Kelsey has grown from a part-time receptionist into an indispensable part of our team and daily workflows.

Her adaptability and eagerness to take on new challenges have made her a crucial link between the operational and accounting sides of our business. And over the past six years, as Kelsey’s skills have expanded, so has our ability to tackle bigger challenges.

Kelsey brings a smile and a "can-do" attitude to work every day. She’s a self-starter, a pleasure to work with, and an active member of our FUN Committee, always ready to support our teams both in the office and in the field.

Kelsey is a great teammate, a valued employee, and a role model for other young women in the industry. We’re lucky to have her.

This is Chris, our Road Mechanic, and today is his 2-year work anniversary!

From his time in the shop to his transition to the road, Chris has consistently shown what it means to be reliable and hardworking. As a Marine Corps veteran, he brings the same discipline and commitment to his role every day.

He's the guy we can count on to get the job done right. His attention to detail and work ethic keep our equipment running smoothly across all our job sites.

As a husband, father, and teammate, Chris not only brings a smile to his work but also knows how to brighten the day for those around him. He's an essential part of our daily operations.

Today marks Dan’s 11-year anniversary with us.

As our COO, Dan has been a driving force behind our growth over the past decade.

Known for his tenacity, he has spearheaded our progress in countless ways while always finding the light in tough situations. If there's one thing about Dan, it’s that he gets things DONE.

His unwavering support for his team is something we all feel bolstered by, and his dedication to our operations, projects, and culture serves as a daily reminder of what hard work and commitment truly look like.

As a father of three girls, Dan is just as dedicated at home as he is at work. He often spends his weekends coaching soccer or watching from the sidelines at his daughters' tournaments. Outside of that, he enjoys summers at the shore and hitting the slopes in Vermont, Maine, and Denver during the winter.

And as our only Jersey boy, you can bet he drives like it too! 😉

Today is Bob’s 8-year anniversary with us.

Bob is one of our dedicated drivers, but as you can see, his skills are versatile, and he’s quick to help out on our jobs when we need an extra operator.

His coworkers speak highly of him, noting that he is an amazing teammate, who gets along with everyone, and is always willing to go above and beyond to help. Bob isn't afraid to share great advice or ideas, and will always see them through with determination.

A brother in Christ, Bob's family means everything to him. He is a true friend both inside and outside of Berg and it’s been a pleasure having him with us over the years. We look forward to many more.

Today marks Jadon’s 2-year anniversary with us.

Starting out as a laborer, Jadon has since learned many equipment operating skills to apply out in the field.

On site, Jadon is known for his hard work and pleasant demeanor. He is also a dedicated lieutenant with the Geigertown Fire Company, showcasing his commitment to serving the local community.

Last year, Jadon spent time helping our office staff pull the details together for our fall outing, which contributed to a great evening.

Today, we celebrate Joe and his 12-year anniversary with us.

Joe is one of our dedicated drivers who never hesitates to hop in a piece of equipment when we need an extra hand on our sites.

Dependable to the core, "No" isn’t in his vocabulary – his usual response is, "What time should I be there, and what can I do?" His dedication to his work and teammates is evident in everything he does.

Joe embodies our mission and core values every day, consistently going out of his way to make Berg better. One example of this: at a community event, Joe came to check on the team, found a colleague with a flat tire, and took care of it to get her back on the road.

Outside of work, Joe is a dependable dad, a loving husband, a Harley enthusiast, and a great friend. He loves spending time with his family and hitting the open road on his bike.

Thank you, Joe, for 12 years of service and hard work. We are truly grateful for everything you do, and feel lucky to have you with us.

Today marks Bryan's 9-year anniversary with us.

Since joining Berg in 2015, Bryan has worn many hats, and is always stepping up to listen, support, and lead. His dedication has been vital to the success of our organization, and his ability to juggle countless responsibilities is something we all admire.

Bryan's commitment goes beyond his role as CFO. In the field, he is a key member of our Safety Committee, and outside of work, he proudly coaches the Garden Spot Men's Lacrosse team - highlighting his commitment to teamwork and community involvement.

Bryan often says that joining Berg was the best career decision he ever made. Since then, he's helped bring many talented individuals into the fold, providing opportunities for career growth, and helping us to expand our impact.

Outside of his professional and community commitments, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, and is the go-to person for finding the best pizza in town!
