This week we welcomed teams from Salesforce and NeuraFlash onsite as we kicked off our salesforce implementation. As we continue to scale our operation, we are looking to integrate the salesforce platform across multiple departments to allow us to streamline communication and provide an enhanced customer experience at all levels. The NeuraFlash team will be integral in working with us to develop a truly customized product to meet the growing needs of our future-state operation. While the teams were onsite, Viwinco General Manager Mike Duncan led a tour of our facility showcasing our processes and educating the teams on our business as a whole.

Thank you to RENOLIT, our provider of plastic film laminates, for coming on-site to Viwinco last Tuesday to provide film repair training to our Service Technicians and Operations team!

Last week Viwinco was a co-sponsor with Builders FirstSource of Northern Florida’s Charity Golf event to benefit the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). The BFS team had both vendors and builder customer partners sponsoring the event and combined for a net donation of $200,000 towards the “Light the Night” charity, which provides medical care, support services and research for a cure for blood cancers. This was a record year of support, DOUBLING the 2023 results from this annual event. We were happy to represent Viwinco and support an incredible cause!
