Just finished up another lil shower job....

A small bathroom job we just completed!

First remodel of 2024 complete!!!! I removed the old tub and replaced it with a slightly bigger one. Which caused me to have to move the toilet and its plumbing as well as extend the wall.... This is the second bathroom I have completed for this customer and will be back in a few weeks for bathroom #3

Boy was this a fun one!! We leveled and resubfloored the entire downstairs floors. Installed new hickory floors and also sanded and stained the stairs and landing..
This job was for another repeat customer that has already booked another floor replacement and a few small others.....

Started off as just adding a shower to a power room.. Ended in redesigning the whole bathroom and redoing all the plumbing in the basement as well as removing and replacing hot water heating baseboard from one side of the bathroom to the other... Customers were very pleased and are scheduling another bathroom remodel!!!!

Why waterproofing your tile shower correctly is so important!!!

Start of a tile project with American Standard Interiors..

Customer had water leaking through the foundation so we regarded the yard and built some swales to redirect the water and also keep it off the neighbors property!!!!

Some LPV flooring we did recently!

The result of the I can do it cheaper contractor!!! But at the end of the day cost the customer triple what the job should of... Contractor also didnt have insurance!!!!!! This corner shower was only a few months old.... I was at the customer's house to install a lvp floor and was asked to take a look at their shower because the corner piece was pulling away from the wall..
Turns out the contractor attached the new shower walls to the existing walls with silicone instead of adhesive.... The result the silicone pulled away and water was leaking everywhere causing black mold and rot....
We cut everything out and replaced it built a new wall and gave them a much bigger shower..
This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. Quality work comes with a price!!!

Didn't get the best pictures but finally made it back down to this job to put the finishing touches on!!!!

With all this rain it's the perfect time to take advantage or getting your water runoff problems looked at and those leaky basement floors and walls fixes up....

UPDATE FINALLY GLASS HAS FINALLY BEEN INSTALLED HEREA THE FINISHED PICTURE!!!!!!

Wrapping up another one. Glass guys come Wednesday for measurements and should have the glass installed in 2-3 weeks....
