Jeremy Lewan joined the Stormtracker 16 weather team in November 2022 as a part-time. fill-in, on-air broadcast meteorologist at WNEP-TV, a TEGNA station, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Ever since he was 5 years old, he’s wanted to be a meteorologist. For his 6th birthday, his mother bought him a children’s weather station and, that same year, his kindergarten teacher allowed him to present daily weat

Still soaking in the energy from last night’s 79th Tony Awards celebrations 🎭✨
Grateful to have been part of such a special night. So much talent, passion, and hard work go into making great theater happen. Super cool seeing stars like Daniel Radcliffe, Julianne Hough, and Sarah Paulson! 🤩
50+ mph gusts were reported, and several trees came down. Thousands of power outages were caused across central and northeastern Pennsylvania. 🔌⚡️
Heads up: a strong to severe line of thunderstorms is steamrolling across PA. Winds exceeding 60 MPH, small hail, and quick downpours. It will be done by 8PM on Saturday. ⛈

The WNEP backyard garden is getting underway thanks to some help from Jerry’s For All Seasons! We have all kinds of interesting additions this year—from chocolate peppers to golden beets, even an Abe Lincoln tomato in celebration of ! 🫑🍅🇺🇸
