Awesome first outing with the new team and new kart! Our first laps on the track we were the slowest of 16 in our class. The guys worked on the kart, I worked on my line and we went from last to 4th in our heat race! Started 7th in the A main, slid back a few spots after getting knocked around. I settled in and got in a rhythm and drove up to 5th. Was trying to pass for 4th and made contact resulting in a spin. Had to restart last with only 4 laps to go and dug back up to 9th. Not the finish we wanted but so excited about how much speed we had in the race. We are only going to get better from here!! Thanks Kenny Briggs & Bryce Spence for giving me a shot in this #KBmotorsports kart. Thanks to every single sponsor that helped make this happen.

Well, our final home track race of the season didn’t go as well as we’d hoped... It was my first time racing my new car at NCQMA & we didn’t have a chance to practice before, so qualifying was my first laps on track in my new JR Honda. We were off in qualifying and just didn’t have much speed, so that put us starting in the back of the feature. Dad worked on the car and got it better, but it still just didn’t have enough speed to win. I raced up to the middle of the pack and was doing ok when I clipped the wall coming off of 2 and that sent me into a barrel roll. Not what we were looking for, especially since this last race was my Pop Pop’s memorial race. The flip bent the front axel and RF spindle pretty bad, but my NCQMA friends patched it up so I could go back out and finish the race. I think somehow I still finished 6th. Despite the bad luck in the race, it was still an Awesome day. I want to thank everybody at North Carolina Quarter Midget Association (NCQMA) for everything they put in to having the Richard McKinney Memorial race. It was an amazing tribute. Congrats to Case James Racing for the win, he has been the one to beat all year long. And congrats to my buddies Johnny Chenier and Ben Buzze on their Podium. Thanks to Tim Clauson, Richard Marshall and Taylor McLean for coming out to watch. Thank you to my family that has supported always Allison Allison Marshall McKinney, Ryan McKinney, Kendall McKinney, Bobby Marshall, Sherry Marshall, GG, Terry Marshall, Rich and Jen Marshall. C**t finished 7th in the JR Honda A-Main yesterday! He raced his way all the way up to 3rd from his 10th starting position by making a few good passes & missing some wrecks in front of him, but then he bounced off the wall coming off the corner & bent some suspension. He just wasn’t as fast after that, but he held on to finish 7th. We’re so proud of him for how well he did - practice on Friday morning was the first time that he drove his new car, with his new seat insert & it was the first time he’d been on that track. Lots of firsts & lots of learning. THANK YOU to all of our awesome family,

New project. Picked up this rare 2 door 2wd Tahoe. It had a blown motor. So it's getting an LS swap, 5/7 static drop and some big wheels. I think I'll keep this one for a while and it will be my new Daily Driver!
