Rebuilding a 68 Corvette, not to be a concours restoration but rather to be driven and enjoyed. From a bare frame to tub, fitting doors, front and rear clips. Off to a good start, but still got a ways to go...

race update from the ARCA General Tire Music City 200 race! I started p12, got loose up off 2 early in the race, had some wall contact and unfortunately broke some things in the front end. Ending our night early. The team worked hard all weekend, being my first ARCA race I learned so much all week. The team progressed me very quickly and even though we’re going home with some mechanical issues, I can’t say that I haven’t learned from this experience!👍🏼 On to the next one with our head up! Huge thank you to my sponsor Gordo's Cheese Dip , I wouldn’t have the opportunity to be here without them!❤️🏁

56 Thunderbird Update...
Well, it’s finally here…Delivery Day!! Here are a few pics of the finished product.

Notice the custom pointed tail lights and flushed deck lid. No key lock or gas door. The continental kit was also removed at some point in the past. All of these were popular modifications from the earlier days of this classic.

The last two photos show the front bumper minus the original round bumperettes for that smooth and sleek look.
