Mid week after not hearing anything, went back. Same conversation. Another week goes by without hearing anything from Sam’s Express. I go back for the third time and was told the same crap again. Still haven’t heard anything after providing name and number for the third time! This is absolutely ridiculous. Whatever happened with to customer service? Fortunately there are several other car washes in Mooresville.
