hereโ€™s what I used:
1 mashed banana
1 cup oats
1 scoop @vega_team chocolate cinnamon banana protein powder
2 biiig scoops of @abbysbetter cinnamon roll almond butter
1/2 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp vanilla
lots of cinnamon
mini chocolate chips

mix it alllll up in a bowl, roll into balls, and enjoy!!!

TIP: put the mixture in the fridge for ~30 minutes for easier rolling! helps the nana out a bit so everything doesnโ€™t fall apart in your hands :)

1 tsp @apothekaryco Better Than Botox blend (a combination of camu camu, schisandra berry, sea buckthorn, coconut)

handful vegan dark chocolate chips

1. whisk together the almond butter and maple syrup.
2. stir in the protein powder, oats, and chia seeds. it will be really dry.
3. add in the almond milk and then using a rubber spatula, continue to combine.
4. fold in the chocolate chips until theyโ€™re mixed throughout.
5. use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and use your hands to roll into balls.
6. put onto a plate and transfer to the freezer for 1 hour
7. put the balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge! enjoy!!

dEATS ๐Ÿ‘‰ No Bake Freezer Brownies
Bottom Layer:
In a food processor or blender:
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp nut butter (I used @abbysbetter new mint chocolate almond butter!)
1/4 tsp mint extract (use 1/2 tsp of plain nut butter)
1 ripe avocado

Top layer: melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips then stir in 1/2 cup greek yogurt (or thick dairy free yogurt). You can whisk completely or a little - itโ€™s okay if itโ€™s not totally combined!

Add bottom layer to a lined loaf pan or a silicone one (easiest clean up!). Then pour over top layer. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and store in freezer!

1c applesauce
1/3c almond butter
1 flax egg*
2tbsp almond milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4c maple syrup
1c rolled oats
1 1/4c oat flour
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp baking powder
1c chopped apples

1)Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper
2)For flax egg, combine 1tbsp ground flaxseed with 2.5tbsp water. Set aside 5 mins to โ€œgelโ€
3)In a medium bowl, combine oat flour, oats, cinnamon and baking powder
4)In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients including flax egg
5)Add dry to wet and stir till combined
6)Fold in 2/3c of chopped apples
7)Pour into prepared baking pan and top with remaining 1/3c apples
8)Bake 25mins until lightly golden. Let cool in pan 10mins and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Slice into bars and enjoy!

2 mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup @abbysbetter date pecan butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 cup @bobsredmill gf 1:1 all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
df dark chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
optional: slivered almonds to top before baking

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
2. whisk together the bananas, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, and eggs
3. add in the flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and stir until almost fully combined
4. fold in the chocolate chips. pour the dough into the loaf pan, spread evenly, and sprinkle shaved almonds on top
5. bake for 35-40 minutes, until a knife comes out clean. let cool before slicing and enjoying!

What u need:
Nut butter (I used @abbysbetter code:kyrasgoodeats15)

โ€”stuffed datesโ€”
De-pit your date and stuff w nut butter. Dunk it into melted chocolate, sprinkle sea salt and refrigerate for about 10 min

โ€”3 ingredient Milky Way barsโ€”
Layer a small dish with nut butter & freeze for 15 min
Soak 1/2 c of dates in hot water for 5-10 min & use a blender to make a date caramel sauce
Then add the date caramel layer & freeze for another 15. After, slice into half inch bars and drizzle or dunk into your melted chocolate, add sprinkle of sea salt and freeze for 5 min & enjoy!

1. In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of @abbysbetter strawberry cashew butter, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 tablespoons of agave and mix well.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut flour, pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix.
3. Pour into a greased donut pan and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes clean.
4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. To make the glaze, add 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of nut butter in a bowl. Feel free to dye with red food coloring to make it extra festive! Lightly dip each donut in the bowl and cover with sprinkles! Enjoy!
