If you’ve had patches, repairs, or any band aids applied to your roof.. this is a reminder to have them checked and regularly maintained.

After the snow storm, this customer had 10+ leaks pop up randomly. When we got up there to check it out we found skylight patches and flashing that hadn’t been maintained in years. So now we’re starting the process of re-flashing all of this carnage and the customer has to mitigate water damage inside a building undergoing a brand new renovation.

Don’t forget about your roof!

This house started with a phone call for a tree branch through the roof… fast forward a few weeks and we just completed a full reroof and gutter replacement along with bringing the decking up to IBC Codes and shingle manufacturer requirements.

We love a good before and after! Weather changing quickly made this one quite the process.. but we were able to upgrade the roof decking, install a Class 3 IR shingle, paint the entire home for a fresh look and replace the gutters to match the new paint color. Another great looking install!
