THE INSIGHT PROJECT
Sharing the logic and gifts of innate wisdom.
Our Goal is to share the logic and wisdom of the human experience, which will allow you to access your own insights which lie in wait for you. We already make these connections on a daily basis, though we have never been taught to trust them and rely upon them for our own well-being. This understanding will serve you well now and throughout the rest of your life, resulting in more joy, peace, clarity and resilience. You will find yourself abandoning stress, emptiness and dysfunction while unearthing your own insights.
Throughout the ages, sages, great thinkers and spiritual leaders have said, to find peace, inspiration, right action, LOOK WITHIN. We already have everything we need to live a joyful and fulfilling life.

As a society we are directed outward to find happiness. We sit at the computer and shop, read other people’s opinions and ideas about parenting, politics, what to wear, what to eat, what movies to see and what to think about. Knowing who we are is what gives us a sense of contentment and peace. There is only one direction to go….within.
Where does stress come from? What is the chattering voice inside of all of us? And how can we experience the deeper connection that we all seek. You do not have to spend years of study, there are no steps to follow, no special, secret path, just logic and understanding of how we are meant to be.

Beth Taylor Hart and Maureen Connolly founded THE INSIGHT PROJECT to share this understanding with as many people as possible. Since training to become practitioners they have offered workshops to a variety of individuals and community groups including The Women’s Workshop: Accessing Your Own Innate Wisdom, Teenage Girls: Accessing Your Own GPS, Parenting Through Insight, Innate Health: Body Mind and Spirit, The Couples Workshop: Connection and Resilience.
Note: These workshops are NOT meditation, religious study, therapy or sharing/roleplaying. You will be introduced to the logic and wisdom of your innate health and well-being. If you happen to be studying or following any of the above mentioned disciplines THE INSIGHT PROJECT will only enhance and deepen your connection to them through a greater insight and understanding.
