This Girls Yoga & Art program is intended to integrate expressive modalities to provide young girls with tools to help calm, focus, and release negative energies. Led by an Art Therapist also certified in teaching kids yoga whose goal is to bring awareness and empowerment to young girls and kids.

A workshop intended as time for your child to disconnect from their screens, technology, and digital interactions, and reconnect to themselves and others. Art, meditation, and mindfulness will be used across this 2 hour block to help participants to become more focused and aware, as they engage in much needed tech-free self-care.
