New Moon in Aries Sound Bath, Chakra Balancing & Reiki!

You’ll be guided through a chakra-balancing journey supported by healing sounds from Himalayan singing bowls and gong, while receiving Reiki energy to gently clear emotional and energetic blockages. There will also be an opportunity to stand within a large sound bowl, allowing the vibrations to move through the body and nervous system, supporting deep grounding, rooting, and energetic stabilization.

Through guided meditation and conscious breath work, we’ll move through each of the seven chakras, releasing stagnant energy and opening space for inspired clarity, authenticity, and forward momentum.

Aries’ fiery, initiating energy ignites courage, action, and bold new beginnings—both within and in the world around you. This is a powerful opportunity to reset your energetic field, awaken your inner fire, and set intentions rooted in confidence, clarity, and soul-led direction. Together, we’ll activate the inner warrior and step into the energy of conscious creation, guided by instinct, passion, and fearless self-trust.

A brief integration circle will follow the sound bath, offering space to reflect, share, and anchor your intentions as you step into this new lunar cycle with openness and trust.

Full Moon in Leo ✨ A Sacred Pause Before Eclipse Season

This Full Moon in Leo is a powerful moment of illumination before we step into eclipse season—a time that often feels fast, fated, and beyond our control. This moon invites us to slow down and choose intention over impulse.

Leo energy lives in the heart. It asks us to look honestly at how we’ve been showing up, where we’ve been dimming our light, and where ego, fear, or the need for validation may have guided us instead of truth.

Before eclipse season begins, this is the time to:
• Release outdated roles, people-pleasing, and the need for external approval
• Reclaim your confidence, creative fire, and authentic self-expression
• Realign with what feels heart-led rather than reactive

Full moons are about completion and release—not manifestation. This is not the moment to force new beginnings, but to clear space so what’s meant for you can move in with more ease as eclipse season unfolds.

Full Moon in Leo Release Ritual
• Light a candle (gold, orange, or white)
• Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly
• Take 5 slow breaths, inhaling courage, exhaling tension
• Journal or speak aloud:
“I release what no longer serves my highest good or my heart’s truth.”
• Write down what you’re ready to let go of—old stories, fears, roles, or expectations
• Safely tear or burn the paper as an act of release
• Close by saying:
“I choose to lead from love, authenticity, and trust.”

Leo heals through expression—movement, creativity, laughter, play. Let yourself dance, create, rest, or simply be seen by yourself.

This Full Moon reminds us: you do not need to perform to be worthy. Your light is inherent.

Sacred Alchemy Retreat in Kerala was a beautiful and deeply nourishing success. A heartfelt gathering of incredible women came together in sacred space to share yoga, art, healing, and meaningful connection.

Each day was infused with intention—Ayurvedic treatments, soul-loving food, mindful movement, and creative expression—creating the perfect rhythm for rest, renewal, and realignment. It was the kind of experience that fills you from the inside out: grounding, expansive, and profoundly heart-opening.

This retreat offered a true reset—body, mind, and spirit in harmony—held by the wisdom of the land and the magic of community. I am endlessly grateful for this journey, this container, and these amazing women who showed up so fully.

Through Chakra Wellness, I had the honor of serving in the way I love most—holding space, guiding, teaching, listening, and connecting heart-to-heart. From yoga and meditation to energy work, intuitive sessions, retreats, and sacred gatherings, every offering was rooted in service, intention, and love.

And just as meaningful was the time spent with my loved ones. Being present. Sharing meals, laughter, travel, quiet moments, and real conversations. These connections ground me, soften me, and remind me why this work matters so deeply. They are the fuel behind everything I offer.

What fills me up the most isn’t just the experiences or the places—it’s the people. The community we build, the trust we share, the moments when someone remembers their own power and light.

This is all of me.
My purpose. My people. My heart.

As I look toward the year ahead, I feel more aligned, more inspired, and more devoted than ever to creating spaces where healing happens, where we come home to ourselves, and where we rise together.
