1ď¸âŁ Take a Mindful Minute: Pause for a moment today to breathe deeply and clear your mind. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat this three times and feel the calm settle in.
2ď¸âŁ Stay Hydrated: Drinking water might seem simple, but itâs a powerful way to boost your energy and mental clarity. Keep a water bottle nearby and make hydration a priority.
