DIRTY SOUTH Running

You can also hire a personal trainer or running coach through us! I (Tara Knight) envisioned an organization where people could come together to receive information regarding all sorts of races across the South. To make this dream come alive I asked a few of my close friends to join with me in order to give others the best information out there. The Dirty South Crew is a very diverse group- we have marathoners, ultra marathoners, triathletes, race directors, speed racers, and most all of us are personal trainers. We are all running coaches that will not only train you but run your race with you to pace you and ensure you to cross the finish line. Every one wants to be a part of something come join the DIRTY SOUTH!
