Timber Ridge Builders is a licensed and insured locally owned, family business specializing in new construction and remodels of residential and commercial properties. Located in Monroe, LA and serving the North Louisiana area, Timber Ridge Builders handles all aspects of the job from land acquisition to Owner occupancy. Timber Ridge Builders was founded in March 2012 by Charlie Paris and Chuck Lee. Charlie is the graduate of WMHS (1999) and the ULM School of Construction (2003). After graduation, Charlie went to work with a national construction company out of Little Rock, AR, Vratsinas Construction Company (VCC). This gave Charlie the chance to travel the country and gain the experience of working for one of the top 100 commercial construction companies in the nation. After 5 years of travel, Charlie decided to make a more permanent home in Ft. Worth, TX and took a job with Lincoln Builders. During his time in Ft. Worth, Charlie met his wife Amy, and with the birth of their first daughter, Rylee, the Paris family decided it was time to get out of the rat race they call Dallas / Ft. Charlie obtained his LA real estate license and continues to work with RecLand Realty, specializing in the sale of hunting land, timberlands, farms and rural home sites. This is where Charlie saw the opportunity to create Timber Ridge Builders and help clients with building hunting lodges, lake houses, barns and other various land improvements that are needed with the purchase of hunting land and farms. Currently Timber Ridge holds both LA commercial and residential building licenses and insurance. From helping home owners select floor plans and finishes to managing rental properties for investors, Timber Ridge Builders takes pride in the attention to detail and its customer service no matter the size or scope of the job.
