Get your ammo belt early especially if you need to order a custom one.
The slots hold shotgun shells such as 3 1/4, long or short. I'll have to count the total slots, but it's a bunch 😃 as the slots go all the way around. The pouch comes off if desired. If you are not a bird hunter, I can leave off the bird hangers (holds 12).
