The River Raisin Centre for the Arts is a semi-finalist for the Michigan Municipal League Bridge Builder Grant! Discover the Underground is three events in one offered throughout the community. It begins with a dramatic reading at the library that was a stop in the actual underground railroad, a lecture series at Monroe County Museum, and a performance of The Spirit of Harriet Tubman by artist Leslie McCurdy.
