We use Belaire cheese.
Its made in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, Belaire is a rich, creamy, Port Salut–style cheese crafted from the milk of Guernsey cows raised at Hoard’s Dairyman Farm Creamery.  
Heather and I love food. We love people. And we love serving good people good food.
Drive-thru quick and grab a handcrafted crêpe filled with strawberries and Chantilly cream, or a buttery croissant sandwich. You definitely need to try our signature Crème Brûlée French Toast.

Our Crème Brûlée French Toast starts with thick slices of French bread. We griddle each piece until golden, dust it with powdered sugar, add a dollop of Chantilly cream, and finish it with a fresh strawberry.
