If you plan on maintaining your weight loss, it is much better to take it slow ~ think quality over quantity. It is possible to lose a lot of weight quickly by taking extreme measures, but that is not typically healthy or easy to sustain over any length of time. Also, it would be highly likely that a high percentage of the weight loss would not be from fat but from water and lean muscle. .
Shoot for 1-1.5lbs a week consistent and youβll see some amazing results in the long run without the huge risk of gaining everything back immediately.

Why not do both? πͺπΌπ€
Itβs no surprise that the more you help your body, the more you help your mind. Physical activity increases the flow of oxygen to your brain. It also increases the amount of endorphins, the βfeel-goodβ chemicals, in your brain. For this reason, itβs not surprising that people who are in good physical shape also tend to enjoy a higher level of mental agility.
Engaging in a vigorous physical workout can help you battle depression and gain a more positive outlook on life. Itβs also a great way to beat stress, which can harm you mentally and physically.

My current food intake. I do have snacks in between, but this is the bulk of my daily meal structure. Putting on a little muscle tissue while staying relatively lean. Cardio is at a minimum around 20 min 3x a week.
Condiments I use:
No sugar added ketchup
Sugar free bbq sauce
Arizona heat mustard
Red hot or chipotle hot sauce
Green stance from Trader Joeβs

Back a weak point? Try splitting up your back workouts into two days. One day focusing on width. So mostly pull down movements with variation hand positions, machines etc. And second day focusing on thickness movements. Thatβs where all the rowing movements come in barbell rows, cable rows etc. ever since Iβve switched to having 2 back days, Iβve seen tremendous improvement of the shape of my back.

I like to follow the 90/10 rule. For every 9 healthy meals I have I have 1 not so healthy. What that does it allows me to stay on track and still enjoy my cravings. I see way to many people having 1-2 good days and then binge for a day. That is a rat race I donβt want to be part of and nor should you. You wonβt see any great results and will be disappointed with the times it takes to see progress. Which results in most people quitting on their goals. Donβt be that person, think long term. This is a marathon not a sprint π―
