PUTAH FIRE LATEST: A fire burning west of Winters in Yolo County has grown to about 362 acres as of Tuesday, according to Cal Fire. The Putah Fire was reported along Highway 128, west of Winters. It was reported around 11:35 a.m.

The fire is 20% contained as of 6:18 a.m. Tuesday, according to Cal Fire.

As of Tuesday morning, evacuation warnings have been lifted, but evacuation advisories remain in place for Zones YCU-197, YCU-293 and YCU-291. ABC10

CALIFORNIA PRIMARY ELECTION DAY: Polls opened Tuesday in California as voters head to the ballot box for the state's midterm primary election.

The Sacramento County Elections Office, along with vote centers throughout the region, opened to voters at 7 a.m. Tuesday. While activity remained relatively quiet during the early morning hours, election officials expect turnout to increase throughout the day. ABC10

SACRAMENTO FUGATIVE ARRESTED: Nearly two years after Sacramento mother Angelica Bravo was found dead, officials say the suspect in her murder, Camron Lee has been arrested in Mexico. Bravo’s two missing children have also been found safe.

Investigators say Lee is expected to be brought back to Sacramento to face murder and weapons charges. ABC10
