I'm a HUGE fan of the stained glass window, not only the visual beauty of the colors, but the idea that in its basic form, it's just broken pieces. When these glass shards are placed together they, one piece at a time, it create a one if a kind uniquely beautiful pattern. It just feels like these broken pieces all came together to make something so beautiful.

Oh my! I can't wait to design on these sweet flower dishes! Hopefully they'll end up about 61/2"- 7"and I just have so many creative ideas swimming around in my head right now!

Illuminate! The colors and light that shines through a stained glass window is ever changing as the sun moves across it. Let your light shine!!!

As I begin making new colorful pottery for this coming June, I'll be looking back on the cups I made, but only had in my hands for such a short time as they quickly forms their forever homes! This was one I really loved making!!! I do remember every cup I make... And I've made well I've a thousand. Since these cups do take some time and thought, they all hold a special place and moment of time in my memories! 🥰

SO THANKFUL! What a wonderful 1st day of Artist Open Studio! Every person who walked through the door brought something meaningful with them—it truly filled my heart. 🥰 Watching the clay guest book "signatures" being made, each will be such a special reminder of today😀. Feeling grateful… and looking forward to who tomorrow will bring!
